809-811 Fourth
Avenue (1926): F.B. Wilbur
Duplex. A Craftsman style apartment duplex was constructed for Great
Northern Railroad employee F.B. Wilbur. This home was built during a
time of economic depression, so stucco was used instead of clapboard
siding, and it is thought that the underlying brick came from Fort
Assinniboine.
