430 Seventh
Street (1916): Frank Jestrab
Home. Mr. Jestrab was the first to call this Bungalow home. Bungalow
houses were adapted from homes found in India, called bungas. They were
incredibly popular at the turn of the century, and show a return to
simplicity and function after the ornate Victorian era. Mr. Jestrab
owned a hardware store.
